Spanische Rippenmolche - Winterschlaf?

Hallo zusammen!

Kann mir jemand sagen/erklären, wie ich einen "Winter" simulieren sollte?

Wie viel Futter? So wie immer?
Wie lange? Ich habe was von 1-3 Monate gehört, ist das korrekt?
Wie warm/kalt sollte das Wasser sein? Normal Tempetatur bei mir: 19°-20°C.
